At DSWeiser Legal, our purpose is clear — to help our clients manage risk by conducting thorough, prompt, and impartial workplace and campus investigations. Deborah Weiser, owner and manager of DSWeiser Legal, is an attorney investigator holding the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) certification. Deborah conducts investigations in all areas, including sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation or whistle-blower complaints, sexual assault, violence, bullying, fraud and compliance. With over twenty-five years of experience as an employment lawyer, Deborah conducted numerous workplace investigations at worksites ranging from Fortune 100 companies and public employers to smaller non-profits and family-owned businesses. She investigates a variety of issues, including workplace harassment, discrimination, sexual assault, whistle-blower complaints, bullying, fraud, and other areas of legal compliance. Prior to founding DSWeiser Legal, Deborah worked in the nationally recognized employment law department of Paul Hastings LLP, where she counseled and litigated for employers across all industries. Deborah also worked as in-house counsel for Mattel, Inc, where she served as the Head of its Employment Law Department.
