As a company Direct Tyre Management does not employ fitting staff. Its purpose is to assist the customer in obtaining the best commercial deal to maximise on his tyre investment, whilst ensuring the service is being delivered in line with the contractual commitments made. This can only be achieved by paying fair prices for service delivery to ensure that everybody in the agreement has common objectives. A 24 hour Roadside Breakdown facility supports the Direct Tyre Management offering to customers. This facility is also available to Direct Network members to utilise for their own customers
