Dual Focus Consulting Ltd. specializes primarily in conducting training sessions, but our services also encompass the development of HR systems, management of comprehensive organizational development processes, as well as recruitment and executive search. While a significant portion of our portfolio consists of training programs, we fundamentally consider ourselves organizational developers. We have greater faith in managing entire change processes rather than isolated training interventions—although we do not dispute their effectiveness. We do not offer off-the-shelf products; instead, we provide tailored solutions. We design our programs in close collaboration with our clients through a methodical and goal-oriented preparatory process. Our experience shows that truly personalized and organization-specific solutions can only be recommended through a deep understanding of processes, and thus, the best solutions emerge from long-term collaborations. The diverse qualifications and experience of our consultants ensure our versatility and the ability of our company to fully meet client needs. We are continuously developing ourselves: over the past years, our consultants have participated in numerous method-specific training courses.
