Dubrovnik Restaurant was founded with the goal of providing our customers with classic Croatian cuisine, using local and seasonal organic ingredients in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our bar offers premium wines, beers and has an extended aromatized wine selection. Dubrovnik Restaurant is the first Authentic Croatian Restaurant in Westchester. SPECIALTIES The fish specials are presents to customers fresh and raw, on an iced platter, for selections at the table before they are cooked. Preparations are kept pure and simple – garlic, sea salt and olive oil from Croatia are frequently all that will adorn a fresh catch. GARDEN PRODUCE & OUTDOOR DINING Produce is more local, of course, and organic when possible. In warmer weather, items such as basil, tomato, eggplant, peppers and figs come from the restaurants own back garden as well as the garden at Tomic’s house. PRIVATE PARTIES We customize every menu according to our customer’s desires and budget. Choose from our private party menu starting at $45 per person. We have a private party room that opens up to our garden (max capacity: 40 ppl) as well as a private party room that is located in our lovely wine cellar (max capacity: 70 ppl). Both rooms have a flat screen TV mounted to the wall along with apple TV where we can plug in your pictures, slideshows, videos, and music. Use of microphone is also available.
