The Foundation's vision and mission is to develop motivated and passionate 10–14 year old learners and leaders through the implementation of story writing and storytelling across Africa. This is achieved by: • preserving oral tradition, encouraging imagination and documenting life experience • building a train the trainer, master-class model for scaleable, transformational change • promoting the power of peace and self-awareness of social responsibility empowering children to become leaders today, for tomorrow. Ducere is a philanthro-capital organisation with the majority of the Foundation’s funding donated by Ducere Global Business School. Each student enrolment in the business schools degree programs is an investment in the Foundation's education programs across Africa.
