We're on a mission to connect schools with leading employers to provide life-changing workplace experiences for students who are neurodiverse, have special educational needs (SEND), are on free school meals, or are in alternative provision education. Through our innovative program, we offer interactive learning, immersive workplace visits, and hands-on site tours with some of the UK's most renowned employers, including Hobbycraft, Ford, Swizzels, and many more. Our extensive network of big brands spans the entire country, creating thousands of opportunities for SEND students to engage with real-world careers, expanding their horizons and building their future. Our program is designed to help schools meet Gatsby Benchmarks 5 & 6: Benchmark 5 - Encounters with Employers: Every student deserves multiple chances to engage with employers and understand the skills needed for success in the workplace. These experiences include guest speakers, mentorship, and interactive enrichment activities. Benchmark 6 - Experiences of Workplaces: Every student should gain first-hand exposure to the workplace, whether through visits, shadowing, or work experience. These opportunities expand career exploration and strengthen professional networks.
