We are dedicated to giving you the very best of detailing chemical products and accessories, with a critical focus on customer appreciation and incredible service. Officially launched in 2020 by Sam Fallows and Lee Turner after a long testing and development period in which we developed and created a range of automotive detailing products that we feel are worthy of our brand. The impetus to turn hard work and a love for all things cars, especially detailed cars into a booming online brand have fuelled us to get this far, and we can't wait to see the brand and Duel community grow! Based on a bank of industry knowledge gained from previously working in this sector, we both feel it's incredibly important to represent the brand on a personal level. One way we have identified how we can do this is to be active and visible at a range of trade and car shows across the UK and Europe. Getting to speak face to face with our audience at these such events will also help us to receive feedback on the range of products and the brand which in turn puts us in a great place as we move forward developing the product range and also the brand.
