We offer an outsourced IT service to SME’s. We offer both supply and support services, with each solution tailored to each end users needs – no two business are the same, therefore no two solutions are the same. Our solutions are primarily based around Microsoft products running on branded hardware. This allows us to supply and support a quality business platform to allow the end users to concentrate on running their business. In terms of support, we pro-activity monitor the system we look after on a daily basis so it means that we can often correct minor issues before the end user is aware of them & before they become major problems. Much of our support is carried out remotely so the time to fix is kept as short as possible. Most of all we pride ourselves in not baffling people with techy talk, we want our customers to understand their system and understand what we’re saying to them.
