Dunedin Canmore

Dunedin Canmore provides affordable housing, care and support to people in need living in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. We own and manage around 5500 homes – with plans in place to spend an extra £110 million building 700 new homes in our communities. We're also investing heavily in our current homes. By 2020, we'll have spent £30.5 million making our homes warmer, better and more energy-efficient. Dunedin Canmore also delivers regeneration projects and care and support for older people and the homeless. We know that not everyone is eligible for social housing – that's why we are also increasing our number of homes available for market and mid-market rent, and shared ownership. We were formed in 2005 with the merger of Dunedin Housing Association and Canmore Housing Association. Dunedin Canmore Housing is a non-profit making charity. We are a Registered Social Landlord, registered with and regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator. We also work hard with our partners to offer people in our areas jobs and training opportunities. We are passionate about giving people a real say on what happens to their homes and neighbourhoods.
