Dunietz Elad

The Dunietz-Elad Group was formed by merging the operations of Elad Israel Residential into the Dunietz Brothers company, one of Israel's foremost, longest-established real estate companies. With decades of cumulative experience, a highly skilled workforce, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, the Group has built thousands of housing units nationwide across dozens of projects, from large-scale residential complexes to landmark urban renewal developments. Notable examples: Kiryat HaOmanim (Artists' Quarter) in Rishon LeZion, one of Israel's largest urban renewal projects with ~600 units delivered and 800 more underway, and Park Tel Aviv's Hargazim neighborhood, with ~600 completed units and 1,800 more planned. Dunietz-Elad ranks among Israel's leading real estate developers, building to the highest standards and developing surrounding areas and neighborhoods, supporting vibrant communities and a broad range of services for the benefit of residents. A distinctive synergy between professional leadership, extensive construction experience, and disciplined strategic thinking has secured the Group’s position at the top of its sector, with a strong reputation for stability and personalized service throughout the entire property acquisition journey, from purchase through occupancy and for years thereafter. The Group benefits from a strong, well-earned financial footing. In addition to its development activities, its substantial construction operation allows it to complete projects independently. Dunietz-Elad holds significant land reserves and is pursuing a robust pipeline of large-scale urban renewal projects. It is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and included in the TA-90 index. At present, the Group is developing over residential units across dozens of projects throughout Israel, together with more than square meters of office, business, and commercial spaces in high-demand areas nationwide.
