Incorporated in Duopharma Biotech is today one of Malaysia’s leading pharmaceutical companies, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. We have strong core competencies across Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Commercialisation & Marketing, with a portfolio of over 300 generic medicines such as Prelica and Omesec, and well-known Consumer Healthcare (“CHC”) brands including CHAMPS®, FLAVETTES®, PROVITON® and UPHAMOL—trusted by consumers in Malaysia and growing across regional and global markets. Our expansion into biosimilars has been supported through collaborations with reputable international partners, leading to the commercialisation of brands such as ERYSAA®, Basalog One®, Zuhera and Krabeva. Duopharma Biotech is also at the forefront of halal pharmaceuticals in Malaysia, being the first company to receive halal certification under the MS2424:2019 standard from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) for both over-the-counter and prescription medicines. We adopt the “Halal Built-in, Not Tested For” approach to ensure our products are safe, efficacious, high-quality, and hygienic for all, while creating value for our stakeholders. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, we operate three manufacturing facilities in Klang, Bangi, and Glenmarie, Selangor, with a growing regional presence through subsidiaries in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
