A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he was formerly National Sales Manager for Vidal Sassoon, President of Fashion Fragrance, Paris, President of Parfum Pierre Wulff, Paris and founder of a number of startup companies. Geoff Ficke provides years of senior level corporate development and capital formation experience to the firm's selective base of clients. Geoff Ficke has a wide range of international and domestic experience including mass market, department store, specialty retail and direct response product placement. He has created funding opportunities for numerous ventures. Nancy Ficke is a graduate if the University of Cincinnati. She spent over 20 years as a senior buyer and merchandiser of cosmetics and fragrances for several major divisions of Federated Department Stores. Nancy worked with Halston and Guerlain as a sales executive and national account manager and helped launch the Guerlain Boutiques in major groups such as Neiman Marcus in the United States. She has successfully consulted with a wide range of clients for the past 13 years. Nancy's unusually full background of successful history as retailer and marketer provides a unique perspective for each project she undertakes.
