Durham Basement Technologies Inc.(DBTI) is located in Whitby. Incorporated in 1997, DBTI primarily carries out work on residential and commercial properties. We also do light industrial work. We employ our multi-method solutions approach to remediate and control ground soil water leakage through poured concrete foundation walls, leaking concrete block walls and foundation and basement finishing problems including harmful mold growth. DBTI uses established and proven waterproofing products and techniques from the inside and/or outside. Whether using the remarkable PENETRON waterproofing system or the awards winning ECHO System, we work hard and strive to maintain a professional level of service. Our objective is to provide customer satisfaction. We do so through continuing education and our ongoing affiliation with recognized associations and commerce groups. DBTI is the Canadian residential distributor of PENETRON waterproofing products and is also an authorized distributor and licensed Builder of ECHO,(Enclosure Conditioned Housing System), Ontario BMEC approval #97-05-214 – Advanced Basement Finishing System for new and previously lived-in homes.
