In January 2009 V B Johnson LLP Chartered Quantity Surveyors, acquired DWA Partnership, a Watford-based professional practice established in 1984 providing financial, contractual and management services to the Construction Industry. I am now taking an active role in further promoting DWA Partnership, having previously worked for it as a consultant Our current and previous Clients include most of the biggest contractors and developers in the uk more recently Barratt, Wilmott Dixon, ISG, St George, Costain, Balfour Beatty. I have summarised the main services that DWA offer below- • Secondment of our in-house Quantity Surveying and Project Management staff for short to medium term commissions • Technical Services such as production of bills of quantities, estimating bills etc, variation accounts, forensic quantity surveying, bid management, programme management, etc. • Specialist services such as advice in connection with claims and disputes. • Building Surveying services for commercial property such as Party Wall Awards, Conditions Surveys etc. A full description of our services follows As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we possess full professional indemnity insurance together with Public & Employers Liability insurance.
