Dwellings4U Limited was founded in 2017 with a single mission: helping the housing need by building new homes for rental and social housing. We are experts in construction and housebuilding and our team are available for subcontract work for developers and property professionals, alongside general building works for private homeowners. Based in King's Lynn, we cover a wide radius of Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire and our portfolio of work ranges from bathroom and kitchen installations, full plumbing and heating systems, electrical and carpentry work, groundworks, extensions and conversions. Our motto is simple,'Our build, your comfort', and reflects our belief that we don't leave a job until a client is completely happy with our work. We are experienced in working with housing associations and our goal is to build affordable housing for people who need a home but can't afford to get a foot on the property ladder.
