Dx3 (daughters x 3) was formed to offer business consulting services to help brands launch and or scale primarily within the CPG food space. After 15 years scaling a start up CPG brand to a major category player and national brand I decided it was time to share my knowledge, relationships and talents within the industry in the form of a consulting company. My services include but are not limited to sales contracting, coaching, distribution development, marketing strategy, innovation, consumer research, category management and brand building. I am looking forward to the conversations within the industry and finding ways to work in a flexible format for those brands needing that extra something. It is a scary time to hire a full blown experienced sales, marketing, strategist or executive when your business is at early or uncertain stages of it's life cycle. That is where my model of offering my expertise and execution in month to month or project based format with no long term commitments necessary can make sense. It all starts with a meaningful conversation, listening and offering solutions.
