Formed in 2019, DXM Recruitment is the brainchild of recruitment consultant Shaun and HGV driver Chris, with over 25 years HGV driving experience. Borne from a conversation where Shaun was expressing his unhappiness with the recruitment industry, Chris, who is ex-military, suggested they set up a recruitment agency for drivers, run by drivers. It was from here that Shaun and Chris decided to work together to improve the ease of finding and applying for professional driving job vacancies, with a particular interest in helping ex-military professionals and veterans find employment after their service has ended. We are an HGV recruitment specialist run by drivers, for drivers.
