Dyer & Co is a Property Management company whose core business is managing investors' property portfolios. As a Property Investment Specialist Letting Agency our systems, procedures & business culture is geared towards servicing the needs of property investors & large portfolio landlords. We cover Central Scotland from Glasgow through to Edinburgh & surrounding areas. Our Portfolio Building Department exists to help investors grow their property portfolios. We have strong relationships with various Property Sourcers and other industry professionals who bring opportunities to the table for our clients. Our main role is to act as the buyer’s agent and assist with purchasing of assets right through to completion of the sale and “handover” to our Property Management team. We have particular experience & expertise buying & selling tenanted properties.
