An Israeli based startup, focused on developing innovative solutions for the agriculture post harvest industry. Our mission is to provide smart and sustainable tools for farmers, distributors & retailers to optimize their operations while reducing environmental impact. DYGO's team is composed of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in engineering, computer science, and agriculture. In developed countries, around 40% of fruits and vegetables are lost due to irregular or improper ripening, resulting in a significant waste of resources and a negative environmental impact. Ripening is an artificial process that accelerates fruit maturation, typically by adding ethylene gas in a closed space. Currently, this process is carried out either manually or semi-controlled in packaging houses\logistic centers’ ripening rooms, by experienced "specialists" in the field. The DYGO system is autonomous, consisting of a local controller and sensors installed in the ripening room. Those constantly collect real-time data from the chamber, while uploading it to the cloud. With the help of a machine learning-based algorithm, the ripening process is carried out, giving our clients the quiet they need, knowing that their goods are in good hands.
