Who Are We? We are a majority Indigenous owned, not-for-profit commercial fitout & trades company. Dyirranga has been established to provide pathways of employment, career progression and formal, nationally recognised trade training services, to enhance vocational opportunities for First Nations Australians, with the purpose of assisting in the attainment of long-term self-sufficiency, self-management and rewarding career options. We are committed to an ideology of identity and community within the Indigenous population and aim to further enrich the lives of program participants, through building self-confidence, along with personal and professional development. Our ambition is to be the pre-eminent and leading program of its kind in the country. Our charter will be to ensure positions will be filled by a majority of Indigenous apprentices and tradespeople. As we grow, we aim to push this majority as close to 100% as possible.
