We are a turn-key mechanical HVAC and electrical contractor specializing in building automation services. We are a certified service and installation contractor for the Tridium Niagara framework, which allows building owners to integrate devices and equipment into a single, web-based open protocol software. This gives us the ability to upgrade any existing "closed" system to an open platform and give the building owner the freedom to use the BAS of their choice. We are also a factory authorized startup and commissioning for Johnson Controls (JCI) ducted systems including York, Luxaire, Coleman, Champion, TempMaster, and Fraser-Johnson. Our main areas of focus include churches, universities, schools, corporate office, and large retail.
