DA is a Small-Medium Business IT Management company, managing the technology infrastructure for businesses ranging from a couple of workstations in a peer-to-peer network to companies of hundreds of workstations with Active Directory and many servers in Eastern Connecticut. Our philosophy is simple, we have the experience to fix problems from the root cause, rather than just bandaging the symptoms. We feel very strongly that IT is a service organization that should learn and conform to the business, and support the business, rather than the other way around.
