Mohamed Gea, founder of Dynamic Community Impact Organization (DCI Org), started an NGO named Sisi Na Watoto ("We and the Children") in 2016. This NGO dealt with child rights, women empowerment and community development issues. Sisi Na Watoto was registered as Community Based Organization (CBO) and was allowed to operate only in the rural district of Moshi, Kilimanjaro region. On 20th of December 2018, the organization was registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the new name of DYNAMIC COMMUNITY IMPACT ORGANIZANION. The organization operates legally in Tanzania mainland and is based in the Kilimanjaro region.
