We are a Family Practice office with a focus in outpatient addiction treatment offering outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Buprenorphine (Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, and Sublocade®) and Vivitrol®. Katherine Novak, PA-C, and Calli Berman, FNP-C, are passionate about ethical addiction treatment and meeting patients where they are at. We also are Addiction Medicine Providers for the Health Professionals Recovery Program. We have Legit Script Addiction Treatment Certification.
