Or you already have the team, but your SFCC practice isn't large and/or experienced enough to do everything that you want to accomplish with the time and the budget that you have? Our senior consultants with at least a decade of IT experience will help you make that transition or breach that gap. We'll work alongside your team or lead it to make most of your resources. We'll help by bringing in many years of Architecture Solutions, Software Engineering, Project Management, and Business Analysis to address your immediate needs, but most importantly, by also sharing all of that knowledge with your team, so at the end of the engagement they can take charge. How do we work? We have found that remote engagements provide the most cost effective and agile way to help our customers. However, we will be there when you need us on site. As practice shows, sometimes it is important to be in the same room for a roadmap planning or at the beginning of a complex initiative. We do offer on-site presence on the needs by basis up to 10% of the total engagement time. You decide what works best for you.
