Bright Kite is unique in that it offers the traditional verbal approach to therapy as well as offering a creative space to clients. Michelle works with individuals and groups within her private practice as well as in schools and communities in Limerick and Clare. The techniques used are dependent on the needs of each individual client or group and include humanistic and creative approaches as well as child-centred Play Therapy for children.
