Dynetics Technical Solutions, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynetics, Inc. DTS formed in 2010 following the NASA Marshall Information Technology Services (MITS) contract win. DTS has an Independent Board of Directors, autonomous management, operational and support staff. Emphasis on lean structure allows DTS to maintain a low cost rate structure, designed to compete in service markets and on-site locations. Our parent company Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos has delivered high-quality, high-value engineering, scientific, and information technology (IT) solutions to customers within the U.S. government and a range of other market segments since 1974. DTS focuses extensively on research & development capabilities and has deep technical expertise in systems engineering, modeling and simulation, rapid prototyping, test and evaluation, high quality mechanical manufacturing, and technology services and solutions. The company was formed in 2010 and is based in Huntsville, Alabama.
