Dyslexia Ireland

Dyslexia Ireland is a national charity working with and for people with dyslexia and dyscalculia in Ireland since 1972. We work with and for people affected by dyslexia and dyscalculia, by providing information, offering appropriate support services, engaging in advocacy and raising awareness of dyslexia and dyscalculia. Our vision is to work towards the development of a society where all people with dyslexia have access to appropriate assessment and support to reach their full potential through education, training and employment in all aspects of life. Services offered by Dyslexia Ireland nationwide include: • Information and online resources • Assessment of dyslexia and dyscalculia • Classes for individuals with dyslexia, including community-based weekly workshops for children in 20+ locations across Ireland. • Courses on dyslexia for parents, teachers, educators in FE and HE, and the workplace. • Lobbying and advocacy For more info on our activities and support services see Registered Charity No. CHY no.
