Dywilan Wovengrass

Wovengrass is a Polish manufacturer of innovative woven sports surfaces, combining Dywilan’s 140-year textile tradition with cutting-edge technology. We are the first company in the world to develop and deploy woven synthetic sports turf. Wovengrass products marry environmentally friendly production (100 % material recycling) with rock-solid durability and a natural appearance, all while meeting the highest European quality standards. Our offering includes: Infill Systems (3G grass) – a woven surface with infill granules, recommended for football pitches. No-infill Systems (4G grass) – a modern woven turf without added granules, providing natural shock absorption and playing comfort. Hybrid Grass – a durable combination of natural grass and woven fibers, ideal for demanding sports fields. Multifunctional Turf – versatile sports fields adapted for various disciplines and intensive use. Our unique weaving technology ensures exceptional resilience. A special “W” stitch locks the turf fibers firmly into the backing, significantly boosting abrasion and tear resistance and distributing loads evenly across the entire field. As a result, the surface maintains its high quality even under heavy use, and installation and maintenance are simpler—lowering your facility’s operating costs. We serve sports investors, local governments, and educational institutions modernizing their sports infrastructure, as well as sports clubs, architects, and construction firms. By partnering with Wovengrass, our clients can be confident that their turf will perform flawlessly for years to come, delivering safety, full functionality, and high aesthetics.
