E-Connect Mentorship Scheme

E-Connect caters to chemical engineering international and home students, from black, asian, or minority ethnic groups. This mentorship scheme provides first year students with exceptional support on the transitioning into university life, managing academic modules, and preparing for the world of work. Second and third year student mentors also benefit from cultivating their leadership skills through embarking on this scheme. E- Connect is designed to foster institutional collaboration, encourage undergraduates of all years to share their own knowledge, and develop the interpersonal and transferrable skills of the students involved.
