Vision: To serve as a Medical Home to Old Men & Women including Low-Income people at large who face the greatest barriers to care access. Substandard societal health Careline and availability of proper clinic or health facilities in Malawian remote areas among Older Men and Women continues to be a major challenge. E-Mobile Careline Malawi serves as a Primary care medical home for Low-Income adults living in Malawian remote areas. Most of the Low-Income people face the greatest barriers to care access, such that: 1. There is shortage of skilled healthcare workers 2. Treatment adherence and compliance 3. Lack of timely and actionable disease surveillance 4. Poor drug inventory and supply chain management 5. Use of counterfeit drugs 6. Lack of medical diagnostic treatment 7. Slow rates of information flow and reporting delays The project aims at delivering health services through mobile clinics and medical TEAM to Malawian Remote areas. E-Mobile Careline will offer flexible and Viable Options for treating Isolated and vulnerable groups as well as newly displaced population by: Foot, Bike, or Vehicle The project aims at developing portable customized cost-effective E-Mobile devices with the aim of reducing the current burden of public health system and promote the popularity of routine health self-check. In older Men and Women, diseases may require constant monitoring and care. It is easy to use our self customized portable devices which can be carried anywhere by the user and the relevant parameters will be integrated with internet of things (IOT) This technique will promote faster and accurate pre diagnoses with ease of use categorized with painless test for pulse test, that measures a person’s oxygen saturation level. MED-TECH equipment is going to check how well the heart is pumping oxygen throughout the body. It will be applied to check the status of the patients with any type of condition for example: 1. pulmonary diseases 2. anaemia 3. lung cancer
