E-ResConstruction (E-Res) is a new, unique service dedicated to helping people resolve problems with their construction project, quickly, easily, and inexpensively, without slowing down the progress of the work. The E-Res method of a simple to use online format of binding arbitration eliminates the need for attorneys, lawsuits, and licensing agency involvement. The E-Res Addendum, when part of the original construction contract, requires both the Consumer and Contactor to use E-Res to arbitrate any disputes that may arise.
