e3 Solutions, LLC is an energy efficiency company that provides weatherization services for utility companies, community action agencies, property managers, and individuals. We currently work with Sheltering Arms Senior Services, Panhandle Community Services, Texoma Council of Governments, United Community Action Program, the City of Arlington, the City of Fort Worth, Greater East Texas Community Action Program, and other groups on a smaller level as well as several investor-owned utilities (texasefficiency.com). We currently work in the DFW/ North Texas, East Texas, Amarillo, Houston, and Tulsa areas. The owners are David Guerra and Cash McElroy. Our employees include individuals with a wealth of experience and training in construction and weatherization services. All employees undergo a criminal background check prior to employment. Our site supervisors include employees who are Whole House Certified from Texas Hero and certified renovators. Cash McElroy is a certified HERS rater. Home Energy Raters are certified to inspect and rate ENERGY STAR qualified homes. Home Energy Raters develop strategies to improve the efficiency of new and existing homes. HERS Raters play an integral part in the ENERGY STAR process and provide services to make homes more comfortable, more efficient, more durable, and environmentally friendly.
