EAC, formerly known as Engineering Application Consultants is an SDB 8(a) firm, formed in 1986 to provide multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural services to the building industry. With a diverse background, our team provides services in architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, fire protection and physical and technical security engineering. The project types include design of new and renovated Governmental facilities, institutional buildings, residential projects, upgrading of mechanical and electrical systems, utility infrastructure, building evaluations and economic studies, life cycle cost analysis, energy studies, and peer review of building design.
