Each Principal brings at least 25 years of active experience as executives in advancement to our clients, which provides a level of insight and problem solving that most firms can't match. Every Principal has served as one of the most senior advancement officers for a community college, university or other organization at some point in their career. Several Principals have multiple awards and honors, including receiving the highest recognition given by CASE, the industry's international professional organization. We are dedicated to helping institutions develop strong constituent relations in order to advance their mission. We represent expertise in comprehensive advancement - fundraising, philanthropy and campaigns, alumni relations, market research, leadership and management development, and marketing/communications. In addition, several eA Principals will serve as Interim Executive CEO's or CAO's for organizations. What we have in common is our past experience as advancement professionals dealing with the same challenges our clients face. As consultants, we have worked with a highly diverse client base. The central theme of our work is our desire to help clients create the best possible advancement program for their institution. Principals consult with each other to assure we are bringing the full breath of the team's experience and insight to every client. We have served more than 20 community colleges, 100+ colleges and universities, more than 20 foundations and more than 30 non profit organizations and associations in our 18-year history as a firm.
