Established in 2001, Eagle Rock Excavating, LLC is a Tucson, Arizona based civil construction company specializing in full site development including but not limited to storm water pollution prevention (SWPP), excavation, sewer installation, water installation, dry utilities, storm water drainage, riprap, seal coating, asphalt paving, and site concrete work. Our management team has more than 70 years of cumulative experience in commercial, institutional, public works, residential subdivision and retail property development. We're a Tucson based company with strong roots. Our team is led by Matthew Hazen, a University of Arizona graduate in Civil Engineering. We are affiliated with Ventana Landscaping and Canyon Building & Design, a Tucson company that has built a reputation for providing smart, quality construction that compliments the beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
