Founded in 2009, Eagle Universal Services LLC (Eagle) is a United States Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) contractor, a City of Atlanta African American Business Enterprise and Certified Equal Opportunity Business (AABE),(EBO); and a South Carolina, Indiana Department of Transportation certified Minority Business Enterprise. Eagle has participated in numerous government and commercial contracts as a prime as well as a subcontractor and has worked for state and local governments and municipalities. Eagle and its management team have more than 75 years combined experience in technical services, development assistance and design services for hardware and software systems, environmental remediation, facilities maintenance, facility and systems deconstruction, and safety training and workforce training and development. While Eagle still offers services under many traditional NAICS codes, Eagle is moving rapidly into the development of new technical services, application, and commercialization of technology.
