EAL is the specialist Awarding Organisation, End Point Assessment Organisation and skills partner for the engineering and manufacturing industry. Our qualifications, assessments and skills solutions are designed and supported by engineers for engineering success. EAL is trusted by 1.3 million learners, colleges, employers, sector bodies, and government. We understand the differences and complexities across the four nations we serve; and help to ensure that Apprenticeships and Standards, qualifications, training programmes and courses keep pace with change. EAL represents employers in policy discussions around technical education and works collaboratively with them to create and review standards or frameworks for qualifications, training programmes and courses. We strive to provide service excellence and support to our customers and learners, by placing them at the heart of everything we do. EAL’s qualifications, certification, licence to practice, adult modular upskilling, End Point Assessment, and EAL Approved recognition services are designed and maintained by industry experts who understand employers' current and future needs.
