eapm Ltd was establish in 2019 to allow construction clients access to experienced professionals with detailed construction experience from the "ground up" Ed is a Construction Manager and trained with a major building & civil engineering contractor during his sandwich degree course and spent his early career in Heavy Civil Engineering Structures and Nuclear Projects before moving to consultancy where he spent over 20 years involved in the delivery of Project Management services for major and complex projects. Ed has always sought to maintain his breadth of experience and has worked on significant projects across a wide range of sectors and procurement models. Ed also has significant experience and qualifications in Health & Safety Management and has acted as Planning Supervisor in the early days of CDM and more recently as Principal Designer within the residential sector as part of the Technical Director role Ed Believes that good projects have their roots in early planning, risk identification, mitigation, management and crucially communication and believes the principles of CDM should not be limited to Health & Safety matters
