Who We Are Earthcube is a quickly growing community of scientists across all geoscience domains, as well as geoinformatics researchers and data scientists. We are a joint effort between the NSF Directorate for Geosciences and the Division of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure. What We Do EarthCube is creating a dynamic, System of Systems (SoS) infrastructure and data tools to collect, access, analyze, share, and visualize all forms of geoscience data and resources, using advanced collaboration, technological and computational capabilities. Why We Do It According to a recent survey, researchers spend around 80% of their time on preparing and managing data for analysis. Imagine a system that will allow you to spend more time doing science and less time managing your data.
