East Coast Material Control
East Coast Material Control, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Barry E. Stamper and has had an established position on the Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) market for 25 years. Foreign Material Exclusion is an advanced housekeeping method to help insure that unwanted materials are not left in critical systems and equipment at the termination of maintenance or inspections. Our primary specialization is providing accountability supervisors and technicians to provide the most effective methods to prevent any foreign material damage during outages at both Fossil and Nuclear Power Plants. Our specialists have extensive experience in the field. We provide a comprehensive data logging method that allows us to monitor and log both equipment and people in and out of the FME area.
