East End Coordinates INC (EEC), provides a concierge service as well as design/layout your I/A OWTS Septic plan for Suffolk County Department of Health Services (SCDHS) approval for construction prior to obtaining your building department permit. EEC has the capacity to coordinate all the necessary/required information needed to start the design on the septic system. We are your check/balance to making the right decision from the beginning of the process. We offer these services as a stand-alone package for Architects, Contractors, Home-owners & Land-development firms. All the requirements will be compiled and package in the form of a base map for the I/A OWTS. We also provide a full scope service from obtaining the information, to designing the system, to submitting for SCDHS approval (Red Stamp Plan), to the installation of the system and finally obtaining the Green Stamp Plan which is required for your Town Building Department Permit.
