Eastern Bulk is a first class operator in the global dry bulk market, with a strong balance sheet and an excellent reputation. We have a competitive fleet of efficient and well-maintained vessels, predominantly in the handymax-ultramax range. Our involvement in these segments currently consists of vessels in commercial management and a mixture of long and short term chartered in TC tonnage. We have currently two semi-open box-shaped vessels in our fleet. This is a vessel design we have focused on throughout the company’s history, and as a result, we have accumulated vast and highly valuable experience in this niche market. Operating from our office in Oslo, we are able to serve customers around the clock and maintain our long-standing relationships with large international customers across the globe.
