What we do We support the NHS and social care to improve the lives of those living in the East of England, by supporting the development of the health and social care systems. We are commissioned to undertake various projects and programmes of work by both national and regional organisations including the Department of Health. Our approach is focused on providing: •programme and project management, •the use of improvement tools and techniques such as LEAN and Six Sigma •targeted specialist expertise and experience.
