Immediately after the world conference in New Delhi, in December 1996, the company started marketing Portable Industrial X-ray Machines, Pipeline Radiography Crawlers, Portable Hardness Testers, Multi-echo Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges and Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors. In 1997, Eastwest Engineering & Electronics Co. started regular exports of NDT products in the name of EASTWEST ENGINEERING & ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD.
