Boost Package The Boost package is designed for those who are in generally good health, and want to ensure that you have the tools to support your wellbeing with good eating habits that boost your energy and help you feel good. The Boost package includes three intensive one to one sessions, typically once per month. You'll receive personalised health coaching to support your health goals and maintain your motivation. Refresh Package The Refresh package will give you the tools you need to adopt a sustainable new approach managing a daily diet, as well as provide the regular coaching support you need to nurture a healthy mindset around food. The Refresh package includes four intensive one to one sessions, typically once per month, as well as 15 minute bi-weekly progress calls. You'll receive personalised health coaching to support your health goals and maintain your motivation. Complete Rebalance Package The Complete Rebalance package facilitates an intensive high-compliance approach and comprehensive level of coaching support and accountability to help transform your eating behaviour and help you start the journey to reclaim your health and body. The Complete Rebalance package includes six intensive one to one sessions, typically once per month, as well as 15 minute weekly progress calls. You'll receive personalised health coaching to support your health goals and maintain your motivation. For those living outside of the UK, all of the packages can be adapted to take place solely on Skype / FaceTime.
