Our mission is to help people understand how to “eat with an open mind” with real nutrition, through real food, for real lives. We get to the root of food and provide consumers the TRUTH. A South Florida based nutrition company, Eat The Truth®, provides speaking engagements, business to business consulting, healthy cooking classes, and media contributions. We have a variety of working partnerships within the wellness arena to include a list of Registered Dietitians, Personal Trainers, Medical and Health Professionals, Government Entities, Non-profit Associations, Food Companies, Chefs, and Farmers.
