Eat To Thrive

The mission of Eat to Thrive is to prevent obesity, chronic disease, and malnutrition through the education and advocacy of healthy living. This is manifested in four programs: First, Eat to Thrive, a 10-week course that gives the option of certification as a health educator; second, Healthy Living at Home which offers clients certified health educators to prepare their meals and teach them to sprout and live according to the Hippocrates Health Institute; third, counseling available online or in-person; and fourth, public education by renowned speakers and potlucks.
