I'm Daniela Gleiser, the founder of EatBright, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach and entrepreneur that empowers people to have a more joyful, fulfilling and healthier life. EatBright borns from my dream to be able to help people with my experience and knowledge and hopefully inspire to eat in a better way each day and understand how everything we eat influences in every process of our bodies, from the effect it has inside of us, until our skin, mood, the way we think and the energy we have. I do this through one-on-one consultations, blogs, and recipes, equipping you with a tailored toolkit to help you become the best version of yourself. Why Eat bright? Because is not just eating right, is eating brightly. Choosing in accordance to our needs and giving the right energy to our bodies for it’s proper function. I’m here to help you improve your nutrition, learn how to acquire new healthy habits or make meaningful changes in your actual lifestyle to be happier. I know health is contagious!
