Eatery Next Door LLC was created by Bert Touma. He has over 20 years of engineering experience at top-tier, world class firms and continue to work in the oil and gas industry. I am also pursuing the American Dream with two projects, the Mighty Pizza Oven and the Eatery Supplier List, both born of my love for cooking and the food services industry. The Mighty Pizza Oven | pending) is an economical stainless steel oven insert I designed to fit gas outdoor grills. It replicates all the best features of a traditional brick oven and cooks delicious, crunchy pizzas in just 3 to 5 minutes, saving time and energy. The Mighty Pizza Oven is already in production and available from Mighty Pizza Oven website The Eatery Supplier List | is a forthcoming directory of companies that supply the food service industry. This is a very ambitious project that will start off with a Texas list and a Franchise Headquarters list and eventually expand to cover the whole of the US. The original idea was to launch in 2012, however I have had to put things on hold and push back the launch date due to work pressure at my engineering job and budget considerations.
